Helping change

I draw on my training and experience as a psychologist, coach and clinical (registered) supervisor to support people in achieving their personal and professional goals and in increasing self-awareness and accountability.

Many people want to change something about their life or improve it in some way. Both coaching and supervision provide a collaborative process in which personal growth is facilitated and desired changes are achieved and sustained.

“I was lucky enough to be matched with Helen on my coaching journey, and what a journey it was. Helen was a fabulous coach and made me feel valued and empowered at each session. She gave constructive feedback and great thinking points to allow me things to think about. She set clear expectations of what I needed to think about in between sessions, which helped keep me on track and thinking about our sessions.”
