Coaching can be for the individual who is looking to make changes to improve their personal and/or professional life. It can support employees to improve job performance, so can be commissioned by employers for this purpose.

I offer personal and professional coaching to empower you to uncover your potential and to make the changes you want to see in your personal and/or professional life. Our sessions will be goal orientated, person centred and solution focussed to support you to consider a different perspective on your current situation and your capacity for change.

Who would benefit?

Individuals who are looking to make changes to improve their personal or professional life through coaching.

It will also include individuals looking to develop leadership skills and overcome challenges associated with managing a business for example, as well as employers looking to improve staff wellbeing and motivation as well as performance.

The coaching relationship is the vehicle for change and as such, I place great importance on its development. The cornerstones of trust and rapport enable you to feel safe to share your hopes and dreams, as well as your fears and worries and to feel vulnerable enough to take the risks associated with change. I approach each new relationship with openness and  curiosity and offer a FREE 30 minute chemistry meeting at the start of the relationship. We will have a clear written contract to ensure you are aware and have a good understanding of what coaching is and what the boundaries and expectations are in the context of our roles and responsibilities.

As we move forward on the journey together, I use different coaching models depending on you, your context and desired outcome. I draw on a range of psychological, as well as coaching theories and models and questioning techniques designed to support developing awareness and responsibility, so that you are motivated to take action toward your goal and to internalise accountability. Throughout our coaching relationship, you will learn about yourself, as well as the tools you have and so going forward, will be better able to sustain change and progress.

Coaching with Helen has given me a real sense of calm, brought my energy back and turned my life around. I feel that all aspects of my life are now better balanced and I am achieving more because I have learnt how to be nurturing towards myself and have a positive focus.
